Mindy Gough
Mindy provides warm, welcoming and collaborative therapy to individuals (16+), couples, and groups. Areas of focus include relationship rebuilding, mental health challenges, depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, understanding boundaries, and explorations of personal identity. Mindy helps overwhelmed people find a pathway towards peace and wellbeing.
Mindy is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and has just completed her Masters degree in Social Work at King’s College, University of Western Ontario. She earned her BSW degree from King’s College, followed by a Certificate in Thanatology and Palliative Care from the University of Western Ontario. She welcomes clients from all walks of life, including the 2SLGBTQ+ community.
Mindy‘s clinical approaches include Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Gottman Method Couple’s Counselling, Photo Therapy, and Positive Psychology. Mindy’s goal is to help untangle complicated thoughts, and to create strategies to help you discover or recover your thriving self.
